Punjabi aloo tikki

  • ingredients ½ kg (6 medium) potatoes ½ cup boiled or frozen peas 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt 1½ tsp grind cumin ( jeera powder) 2 tsp finely chopped ginger 2 tsp chopped green chillies 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves ½ tsp red chili Powder 1 tsp chaat masala ¼ tsp garam masala • Method   1. wash and put with potatoes in a micro safe steamer. microwave covered for 5 minutes. cool .   2. Peel and mash potatoes. Add oil, peas, salt ,jeera, chopped ,green chillies, ginger coriander, red chilli powder ,chat masala and garam masala. Make tikki of 3 " diameter   3. Brush the non stick tawa off the microwave which sound oil. Arrange tikkis on it. Brush the tikkis with oil. Please the time on a high rack. Grill for 10 minutes. Turn side and grill for 4 minutes. Tip: ½ ground roasted peanuts can be ground to a powder and add to the tikki.

Rawa idli

  • Ingredients 1 cup semolina (rawa Suji) 1 cup yogurt (dahi) ½ cup water ½ tsp sode-bi-carb (mitha soda) 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves ¾ tsp salt ¼ cup grated coconut, optional • Method 1.  in a flat dish, microwave 1 tbsp oil for 1 minute. 2.  Add rawa Suji. Mix well. Microwave for 1 minute add curry leaves and salt. Mix well. 3. Allow to cool. Add coconut, yogurt, water and mitha soda.keep aside for 10 minutes. 4. Grease small glass bowls or micro proof idli maker. Pour 3-4 tbsp mixture in each bowl. arrange in a ring in microwave. Microwave for 4 minutes if the idli appear wet, wait for 5 minutes usually they get down after giving them 5 minutes standing time. Serve with coconut chutney. Tip: add ½ cup of finely chopped mixed vegetables like beans, carrot ,cabbage and peace to the idli batter.

Pav bhaji

• Ingredients 3 medium size potatoes,½ cup peas 2 carrots-peeled and chopped 1½ cup chopped cauliflower 1 cup chopped cabbage for capsicum 3 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp butter 2 onions-chopped finely 1½ tsp ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp pav bhaji masala ¼ tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1 tsp salt, ½ cup tomato puree 1 tbsp chopped coriander • Method 1. Wet potatoes. Microwave potatoes covered or in a microwave safe steamer for 5 minutes. Peel the mash coarsely 2. In a micro proof dish,put carrots, peas, Cauliflower & cabbage or capcicum add ½ cup water. Cover and microwave for 5 minutes. Mash with potatoes masher 3. Put oil, onions, ginger-garlic paste, tbsp pav bhaji masala and haldi. Mix well in a dish. Microwave for 5 minutes. 4. Add Tomato puree, roughly mashed vegetables ,potatoes ,butter and salt. Add 1 cup water. Cover and microwave for 5-6 minutes. mash 1 in between Tip: and any other vegetables like ghiya (bottle gourd) or fresh beans.

रवा इडली

  • सामग्री के 1 कप सूजी (कच्चा सूजी) 1 कप दही (दही) ½ कप पानी ½ छोटा चम्मच सोड-बाय-कार्ब (मीठा सोडा) 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल 1 छोटा चम्मच कढ़ी पत्ता Salt चम्मच नमक ¼ कप कद्दूकस किया हुआ नारियल, वैकल्पिक • तरीका 1. एक फ्लैट डिश में, 1 मिनट के लिए 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल माइक्रोवेव करें। 2. रावा सूजी जोड़ें। अच्छी तरह से मलाएं। 1 मिनट के लिए माइक्रोवेव में करी पत्ता और नमक डालें। अच्छी तरह से मलाएं। 3. ठंडा होने दें। 10 मिनट के लिए नारियल, दही, पानी और मीठा सोडा डालें। 4. छोटे कांच के कटोरे या माइक्रो प्रूफ इडली बनाने वाला। प्रत्येक कटोरे में 3-4 बड़े चम्मच मिश्रण डालें। माइक्रोवेव में एक अंगूठी की व्यवस्था करें। 4 मिनट के लिए माइक्रोवेव अगर इडली गीली दिखाई दे तो 5 मिनट रुकें आमतौर पर उन्हें 5 मिनट खड़े होने के बाद नीचे उतरने के लिए कहते हैं। नारियल की चटनी के साथ परोसें। सुझाव: इडली बैटर में: कप बारीक कटी हुई मिश्रित सब्जियाँ जैसे बीन्स, गाजर, पत्तागोभी और शांति डालें।

Veggie pizza

  👌 Ingredients 2 ready-made pizza bases 100-150 g mozzarella or pizza cheese- grated (1-1½ cup)  ½ onion &½ yellow or ½ green capsicum- Cut into ½"squares a few olives,  1 tomato -cut into 8  pieces 2 tbsp corn kernels or 3-4 baby corns -cut into thin long slices TOMATO SPREAD 1 tbsp oil,  1  tsp garlic paste ½ cup ready -made tomato puree 2 tbsp tomato ketchup,  1 tsp oregano ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp  pepper  👌 Method 1. For tomato spread,  put all ingredients     of the tomato spread in a bowl and    microwave for 2½ minutes.  Spread on   each pizza base, leaving the edges.  2. Arrange some vegetables.  Sprinkle      some salt and pepper. Sprinkle      Cheese & some oregano. Arrange a     Few vegetables on top. Place pizza    On the low rack.  3.
